With over 700 beach homes and condominiums to choose from, you're sure to find just the right accommodations for your next business meeting or gathering. From an affordable Gulf-front condominium to a private beach home that can sleep up to 30 people, we can accommodate you! Many of our properties include indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, fitness centers with saunas, and hot tubs. And, of course, the emerald green waters and white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are right outside your window. Our great attendance boosters include 13 area golf courses, deep sea fishing, outlet mall shopping and superior restaurants to suit your every craving. Our experienced Group Sales Coordinator can help you with everything from accommodations and conference rooms to clergy and caterers.

Blue Heron Ballroom:

Located on the 3rd Floor of the Kaiser Realty headquarters in Gulf Shores, our Blue Heron Ballroom is the perfect location for your small conference or convention.

Located on the 2nd floor of the Kaiser Conference Center in Orange Beach, AL just across the street from the beach. The Cove Room also offers a 396 sq. ft. boardroom, which seats 10 and is perfect for breakout meetings. Just outside the Cove Room is an outdoor terrace with views of the Gulf of Mexico.
