- Personal items like shampoo, toothpaste, etc...

- Bed linens, blankets, pillows
- Dishes, pots, pans, utensils
- Start-up supply of towels
- Start-up supply of soap and paper products
- Outdoor patio furniture (most properties)

- Additional housekeeping during your stay

We make every effort to maintain our vacation rental properties in their best possible condition. Any necessary repairs during your stay will be handled as quickly as possible. HOWEVER, NO RENT REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR MALFUNCTIONS. |
