What to Bring

We've been helping our guests have great vacations for over 29 years! Here are a few things we've learned you may want to remember to bring along the way:

Top 10 things to remember to bring for your vacation rental stay:

1. Coffee and coffee filters – Don’t wake up to the blinding beaches and sparkling water without brewing your favorite cup of joe!
2. Dish soap and dishwasher detergent –Even if you’re only staying for two or three nights, you’ll find this very useful with your fully-equipped kitchen.
3. Laundry detergent – Towels and bathing suits and more towels! Take advantage of your condo or beach house washer and dryer so you can enjoy your stay without wet towels piling up.
4. Paper products – Napkins, extra paper towels and toilet tissue. Also, paper or plastic cups are great to take to the beach as glass is not allowed by the pools and dangerous on the beach. Just remember to use the trash cans!
5. Garbage bags –We’ll provide your first one, but you’ll definitely want more!
6. Condiments – For safety reasons, we remove all food and condiments from previous tenants, so don’t forget salt, pepper, sugar, etc.
7. Aluminum foil and/or plastic wrap – Enjoy vacationing with a full kitchen. Save money and leftovers!
8. Medicines and prescriptions – It can be difficult to get prescriptions filled on the road, so pack your drugs ahead of time and spend more time on the beach.
9. Personal items – Vacation rentals are a little different than hotels. We don’t have those cute little shampoos (Of course, we do have refrigerators, full kitchens, washers and dryers, and tons of amenities –but no little shampoos!) Don’t forget your toothpaste, shampoo, razors, shaving cream, and other personal items.
10. Beach supplies – Beach towels, sunscreen, sunglasses, beach chairs, beach toys for the kids, a good book, and –of course- a camera to preserve your vacation memories.

We make every effort to maintain our vacation rental properties in their best possible condition. Any necessary repairs during your stay will be handled as quickly as possible. HOWEVER, NO RENT REFUNDS WILL BE MADE FOR MALFUNCTIONS.
